How to Save a Quote Template
Once you’ve entered your content and adjusted the appearance, simply click the bookmark icon at the top right to save the current setup. The system will automatically generate a name based on the speaker’s name and a portion of the quote.
Applying a Saved Template
Your saved templates will appear directly below the canvas area. Just click on a template name to instantly restore its content and settings. The template will be applied immediately, but your current changes will remain intact unless you choose to overwrite them.
Filtering Templates by Display Style
Init Quote Studio offers a horizontal pill-style filter, allowing you to view templates by display type, such as Classic, Poster, Facebook-style, etc. These pills are scrollable via mouse or touch, with no visible scrollbars for a clean interface.
Pinning Favorite Templates
Click the star icon next to a template to pin it to the top of the list. Pinned templates will be highlighted in yellow and sorted above others. Click again to unpin if needed.
Renaming a Quote Template
You can rename any template by double-clicking its title in the list. A prompt will appear for you to enter a new name. This makes it easier to categorize and manage templates based on your workflow.
Deleting a Single Template or All Templates
Each template includes its own delete button. If you want to remove everything, use the close icon in the top right. The system will ask for confirmation before deleting all templates to prevent accidental data loss.
Exporting and Importing Templates (Backup & Restore)
Init Quote Studio allows you to export all saved templates as a JSON file for backup or sharing. You can also import a previously saved file to restore your templates. This is perfect for switching devices or working across multiple setups.
