Product vs Service Distinction

• Init Manga is a software product, not a hosting, publishing, or operational service.
• Purchasing a license does not include system administration, content moderation, or website operation services.
• Any activity outside the scope of official documentation is not covered under Init HTML’s support obligations.

Integration and Compatibility

• Init HTML does not guarantee full compatibility with all server environments, configurations, or third-party plugins.
• The customer is solely responsible for evaluating and implementing integrations beyond the official Init Plugin Suite.
• Init HTML disclaims any liability for issues arising from third-party conflicts, updates, or external system changes.

Payment Responsibility & Third-Party Services Disclaimer

• Init Manga only provides hooks and internal logic for post-payment handling (e.g., crediting Coin/Cash, logging transactions, sending notifications…).
• All payment processing, including transaction handling, payment confirmation, security, and gateway integration, is performed by WooCommerce and third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, VNPay, MoMo, etc.).
• Init HTML does not control and does not interfere with payment status, transaction data, or the behavior of these systems.

• Support is only provided for official versions and customers holding a valid license.
• No support is provided for heavily modified, forked, or altered versions beyond documented guidelines.
• Init HTML reserves the right to refuse support in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

Unofficial or Unauthorized Versions

• Cracked, nulled, or illegally distributed versions are not affiliated with Init HTML.
