Init Manga Terms of Use

Scope of Application

• These terms apply to all access, installation, and use of the Init Manga theme and plugins within the Init Plugin Suite.
• They apply to any individual or organization that owns or uses the product, regardless of whether it was purchased directly or obtained through a legitimate transfer.

Acceptance of Terms

• Installation, license activation, or use of the product constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• If the customer does not agree with any part of these terms, they must discontinue use of the product immediately.

License and Usage Rights

• The product is distributed under the GPL-2.0-or-later license.
• Customers are permitted to use and modify the product for personal or commercial purposes.
• Strictly prohibited is any redistribution, resale, sharing, or rebranding that may cause confusion regarding the original source.
• Usage rights do not include ownership of trademarks, documentation, or the Init HTML ecosystem.

User Obligations

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Do not use the product for copyright infringement, illegal content distribution, or harmful activities.
• Do not engage in system abuse, attacks, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or service disruption.
• Assume full responsibility for all content, data, and operations on their system.
• The product must not be used to build, operate, or support any website containing content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to: pornographic or obscene content, illegal gambling, trafficking of prohibited substances, or any content prohibited under the laws of Vietnam or other applicable jurisdictions.

License and Access Control

• Certain features require a valid license key for activation and updates.
• Licenses are only valid when issued through official Init HTML channels.
• Init HTML reserves the right to deactivate licenses in cases of violation, unauthorized use, or fraudulent activity.

Product and Service Distinction

• Init Manga is a software product, not a hosting, operational, or content publishing service.
• Use of the product does not establish any partnership, agency, or representation relationship between Init HTML and the customer.

Third-Party Integration

• Customers may integrate the product with third-party systems or plugins at their own discretion.
• Init HTML does not guarantee compatibility and assumes no responsibility for issues arising from such integrations.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Init HTML shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the product.
• Total financial liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

Suspension and Termination

• Init HTML reserves the right to suspend or terminate usage rights in cases of violation.
• Termination may occur without prior notice.

Policy Integration

• Use of the product constitutes acceptance of all related documents, including but not limited to:
• Technical Support Policy.
• Disclaimer.
• Supplemental Statement on copyright, data, and legal limitations.

Amendments

• Init HTML reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these terms at any time.
• Changes take effect upon official publication.
• Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent authorities in Vietnam.

Conclusion

Init Manga is provided as a technical solution. The customer assumes full responsibility for the deployment, operation, and content of their system.

Continued use of the product constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
