Official Support Policy for Init Manga Users: Transparent Assistance with Clear Boundaries

This document outlines the detailed technical support policy for Init Manga, ensuring long-term effectiveness and avoiding expectations beyond the development scope.

Scope of Technical Support

The following support services apply to all customers with a valid license of the Init Manga theme:

• Guidance on choosing a suitable domain and hosting/VPS service.
• Instructions for setting up a VPS server using Ubuntu 24.04 with the official stack: Setup VPS with Ubuntu 24.04 / InitOps.
• Support for configuring Cloudflare free plan, including DNS, proxy, and basic SSL settings.
• Guidance on installing the Init Manga theme and required plugins from the Init Plugin Suite.
• Answers to questions related to usage, system configuration, feature activation, and troubleshooting common issues within documentation scope.

Note: To ensure support efficiency and avoid unnecessary communication, customers are required to fully review the documentation and experience the demo website before submitting support requests. Requests that only inquire about system capabilities which are already clearly presented in the documentation or demo may be subject to limited response.

Direct Support Eligibility

Init HTML provides technical support exclusively to customers who purchase Init Manga directly through official channels and hold a valid license key. Support is only offered to the license owner and to websites activated with the license associated with their purchase account.

This policy ensures clarity, prevents misunderstandings, and maintains consistent support quality throughout the use of Init Manga.

Language Support

Init Manga is shipped with two built-in languages: English and Vietnamese. Other languages can be added through translation plugins such as Loco Translate or similar tools.

Init HTML does not provide translations for additional languages, as each region may require different terminology, tone, and context. Self-translation enables:

• Freedom to adjust phrasing based on preferred writing style and audience.
• Prevention of inaccurate or unintended meaning caused by automated translation.
• Full control over wording, consistency, and future updates.

Support Limitations

To maintain consistent development direction, the following requests are not included in official support:

• No requests for UI customization (layout, colors, icons, or visual effects).
• No implementation of personalized functions or integration of third-party systems outside the Init Plugin Suite.
• No development, coding, or advanced guidance for personal/custom needs.
• No support for any form of automated data crawling from third-party websites.
• No support for answering unrelated questions, such as how WordPress works, how third-party plugins (outside the Init Plugin Suite) operate, or how to integrate external systems, etc.
• No guarantee of compatibility or integration with third-party plugins (e.g., myCred), including requests to customize or modify the theme to work with them.
• No commitment to meet requests expecting “everything ready without effort.”

Time Zone Limitation

The Init Manga development team operates in the GMT+7 time zone. As a result, Init HTML cannot always respond promptly across all international time zones. Response times may vary depending on time zone differences and actual work schedules.

Average Response Time

Init HTML handles support requests through official channels (direct messages). Due to time zone differences and workload, the average response time ranges from 24–48 business hours.

• Responses may be faster during office hours (GMT+7).
• Customers should provide detailed issue descriptions to shorten resolution time.

Platform Limitations (WordPress)

Init Manga is built on WordPress, which comes with inherent limitations compared to native applications:

• Cannot send push notifications directly to devices like mobile apps.
• Cannot perform background sync or run background services when the browser is inactive.
• Features requiring deep hardware access (camera, sensors, OS-level functions) are not feasible in a web environment.
• Offline capability is limited, depending on caching and service workers, and cannot replace a native app entirely.

Feedback and Updates

Init Manga is developed with a community-driven approach. Init HTML encourages constructive, reasonable feedback beneficial to the majority of users.

• Feedback should clearly describe its purpose, rationale, and usage context.
• Feedback that lacks sufficient detail or goes against the overall development direction will be rejected without any further response from Init HTML.

Commitment and Responsibility

Init Manga is released under the GPL-2.0-or-later license, along with installation and usage documentation. Using the theme means the customer accepts the limitations outlined in this policy.

All support is provided with respect for time, effort, and shared development direction.

Right to Refuse Sale

Init HTML reserves the right to refuse the sale of any product or service to any individual or organization if the conditions are deemed unsuitable, including but not limited to the following cases:

• The customer has unrealistic or incorrect expectations regarding the scope of support, such as requesting personal customization, demanding integration with external plugins or third-party systems.
• The customer requires guarantees of compatibility with plugins outside the Init Plugin Suite, or requests modifications to our products to make them work with their environment.
• The customer displays aggressive behavior, applies pressure, or shows a lack of cooperation during communication.
• The customer attempts to misuse the product, violates the terms of use, or negatively affects the Init HTML ecosystem or community.
• Individuals or organizations that intend to, or have already deployed, a website containing content that violates applicable laws — including but not limited to pornographic content, illegal gambling, or copyright-infringing content monetized through advertising.

This right is exercised to ensure product direction, service quality, and the long-term sustainability of the Init HTML ecosystem.

Updates & Unofficial Versions (cracks)

Init HTML only provides updates to licensed customers through the domain + license key verification system.

• Cracked versions will not receive updates.
• Init HTML is not responsible for any errors, issues, or security risks arising from the use of unofficial versions.
• Customers are strongly advised to only download files from official channels to ensure safety and long-term compatibility.

In the event that a customer has purchased a valid license and is currently receiving or has previously received technical support from Init HTML, but is later found to be using a cracked version, sharing the product illegally, installing unofficial copies, or engaging in any actions intended to bypass the license verification mechanism, Init HTML reserves the right to immediately terminate all technical support.

This refusal of support applies regardless of when the violation occurred, regardless of whether the reported issue is related or unrelated to the copyright violation, and without prior notice. Having previously purchased the product or received support does not constitute grounds for continued support once a license violation is identified.

Responsibility for Custom Development or Code Modifications

Customers may extend functionalities, modify the source code, or implement custom features based on their own requirements. However, any changes made outside the original design and scope of Init Manga are not covered under Init HTML’s technical support.

Init HTML assumes no responsibility and is not obligated to provide fixes for issues arising from:

• Errors caused by custom code, feature additions, template overrides, or direct modifications to the system.
• Security vulnerabilities introduced through custom development, self-written plugins, or third-party plugins.
• Conflicts, performance issues, or UI problems resulting from modifications outside the official documentation.

Customers are free to customize and develop the theme to fit their needs, but all custom changes must be maintained and handled by the customer to ensure system stability and security.

Update Policy

Init HTML guarantees lifetime free updates for Init Manga and Init Plugin Suite while the product is actively maintained.

• During the product’s lifecycle, licensed customers will receive bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features according to the official roadmap.
• Init HTML does not take responsibility for personalized update requests outside the community-driven roadmap.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, Init HTML applies a no refund policy once a valid license key has been issued.

• All completed transactions mean the license has been activated and cannot be revoked.
• Customers should carefully read the documentation and support policy before purchase.
• If a technical issue arises within support scope, Init HTML will provide an update to resolve it instead of issuing a refund.

Payment & License Issuance Policy

• Init HTML only issues a license when the payment has been fully completed. Any incomplete, partial, or unverified transaction will not receive a license.
• In cases where a refund is required due to incomplete payment, the refunded amount will be exactly the net amount actually received by Init HTML after all platform/payment processing fees have been deducted.
• If the refund transfer incurs any additional charges (bank fees, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, etc.), the customer is fully responsible for these costs.

Conclusion

This support policy is designed to ensure clarity of rights and obligations between developer and users. Init Manga is a powerful and flexible tool, but not a “full-service” solution – all support is provided in the spirit of transparency and clear boundaries.

Understanding and applying the correct scope will help customers maximize efficiency, save time, and contribute to a sustainable community.
