• Any access (if granted) is used only upon specific technical requests from the customer.
• Init HTML does not store or manage end-user data.
• All data and system operations remain under the exclusive control of the customer.

User-Generated Content

All content uploaded by the customer or users is the sole responsibility of the customer:

• User-generated content is not managed or moderated by Init HTML.
• The customer is fully responsible for any content that violates laws, copyrights, or social standards.
• Init HTML disclaims all liability for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from such content.

Compliance and Violation Handling

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the website operates in compliance with applicable laws.
• Upon valid requests from authorities or competent parties, the customer must proactively remove or restrict access to violating content.
• Init HTML has no obligation to perform such actions on behalf of the customer.

User Management and System Operation

• The customer is responsible for establishing internal rules, permissions, and user behavior management.
• Init HTML is not responsible for administration, monitoring, or maintenance of the system after delivery.
• Any issues arising from configuration, third-party software, or improper operation are the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Init HTML disclaims all liability for:

• Security issues, data breaches, or damages arising from the customer’s system.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the product.
• Disputes between the customer and third parties.
• Any unlawful acts conducted by the customer or its users.

No Warranty (As-Is)

• The product is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Init HTML does not guarantee that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

• The customer must ensure that the use of the product complies with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdiction.
• Init HTML shall not be liable for any legal violations arising from product usage.
• All legal consequences caused by the customer or users shall be handled solely by the customer.

Dispute Handling

• The customer is solely responsible for resolving any claims or disputes with third parties.
• Init HTML has no obligation to participate in or bear any related liability.

Indemnification

• The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Init HTML from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from:
• The use of the product to publish or distribute unlawful content.
• User behavior on the website.
• Any violation of laws or third-party rights.

Suspension or Termination

• Init HTML reserves the right to suspend or terminate services/support if any unlawful use of the product is detected or suspected.
• Such actions may be taken immediately without prior notice.
• Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: violations identified by Init HTML independently, credible third-party complaints with reasonable basis, or clear indicators of misuse of the product. Init HTML reserves the right to retain transaction records and violation documentation as evidence for such actions.

• Init Manga is a technical tool, not a content publishing or operating service.
• The use of the product does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or representation relationship between Init HTML and the customer.

Severability

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• The invalid provision shall be adjusted only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.

Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent authorities in Vietnam.

Conclusion

Init HTML provides technical solutions through Init Manga and Init Plugin Suite. All content and activities on the website remain the full responsibility of the customer.

Continued use of the product constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated above.
